Kamal Rasheed, PE CFM
Principal Engineer
The founder of Rashieyeid, Kamal Rasheed, has more than 25 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Project Management. He has a Bachelor of Science Architectural / Civil Engineering University of Texas. His expertise and experience includes: pumping stations, roadway design, traffic control, large municipal watershed design, regional drainage ditches, residential subdivisions, commercial site developments, municipal development projects, residential and commercial projects. Kamal Rasheed is the Principal Engineer at Rashieyeid and directly oversees the engineering processes and projects at the company.
Tony Henshaw, MCA, CPM
Senior Vice President
Mr. Henshaw brings over 30 years of executive management experience in municipal government and a substantial knowledge of community outreach strategy to this project. He holds an Executive Leadership Master Compliance Administrator, a Master of Compliance Administrator, and a Certified Compliance Administrator certification from the American Contract Compliance Association & Morgan State University. He has initiated and authored multiple programs such as the Small Contractors Rotation Program, the annual engineering networking event; Meet the Buyer, and the Mentor Protégé Program for civil engineering firms. He developed the first of its kind private sector contractor development program to help create opportunities for small construction contractors.
